An independent referral service operates Mommy Makeover Las Vegas. It is not a doctor, clinic or med spa, and it provides no health care. This page sets out what the site gathers when you send a request, what happens to it, and the choices you have. Questions go through the contact page. Updated October 31, 2026.
Information you give us
A request needs your name and email. Optional extras are a phone number, a ZIP code or neighborhood, the procedure on your mind, rough timing, who might help you at home after surgery, and a short note. Never send medical history, medicines, diagnoses, photographs, your date of birth, ID or insurance numbers, or card details: the forms do not ask for them.
Consent comes first
Each form carries a consent box that starts unticked, and nothing is sent until you tick it. Ticking it means you agree that Mommy Makeover Las Vegas may collect your request and share it with one or more independent providers in your area so they can contact you by email or phone about it. The site keeps a dated record of the request and of the consent you gave.
Where a request goes
It goes to independent providers in the Las Vegas Valley able to answer it, and passes through the companies that host the site and send its email, who use it for nothing else. After a provider receives it, that provider’s own privacy policy governs what it does with your details. Mommy Makeover Las Vegas never sells requests and never uses them for any other purpose.
Nevada consumer health data privacy policy
Nevada’s consumer health data law (Senate Bill 370, passed in 2023 and in force from March 31, 2024) covers information that identifies you and relates to your health. The procedure you pick, and anything you type in the note, may fall under it. This section is the site’s consumer health data privacy policy.
Categories collected: the procedure you choose, your timing, your answer about help at home, and any health-related words you choose to write, alongside your contact details. Source: you alone, through a form. Purpose: passing your request to independent providers who can respond. Consent: required before anything is collected or shared, through the unticked box. Recipients: independent providers in the Las Vegas Valley, plus the hosting and email services that carry the request. Sale: none; consumer health data is never sold.
Your rights: withdraw consent, find out what is held about you and which providers received it, and have it deleted. Use the contact form and say which of these you want. A provider that already has your request must be asked directly as well.
Cookies
Simple cookies and visit counts may be used so pages work and so the site can tell which guides are read. They never contain what you wrote in a request. Turning cookies off in your browser does not stop the site working.
Keeping and deleting
A request and its consent record are held only for as long as it takes to pass the request on and to prove consent was given, then removed.
Age
The site is written for adults and does not knowingly take requests from anyone younger than 18.
